BAR-0-BOT v.4.0 is the next iteration of our robotic bartender, built specifically for technology events and for Projekt Lab, the club where the very first prototype was born. The brief was to go beyond a simple vending gimmick and build the world's first fully automated shot barman: a machine that recognises what's placed in front of it and pours on its own. That meant packing a live robotic work field, computer vision, sales automation and precision dosing into a single self-contained bar.
The final design leans into a futuristic, Tron-inspired aesthetic - sharp geometric panels, glowing edge lighting and a dark, reflective shell that turns the bot into a centrepiece rather than a machine tucked in the corner. Custom lighting and custom-built software drive every interaction, while a peristaltic pump delivers exact, repeatable pours shot after shot.
